Meet Todd

Todd brings a wide breadth of experience to real estate from his professional managerial experience in the corporate world to his professionally trained interior design skills when it comes to staging and presenting the property. This skill set has continually made him a top producing agent.

Todd is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Marketing & Advertising, he spent many years in Chicago where he still maintains strong ties before moving to Los Angeles 18-years ago. After spending several years in the media business developing such well-known brands as This Old House and HGTV (home to some of the most beloved real estate programmings on TV), Todd coupled his long-time passion for home and quickly became a successful residential real estate agent.

Both buyers and sellers have turned to Todd for his professionalism and unique blend of knowledge of both real estate and marketing. With his background in design and experience in home renovation, he has been able to provide vision to his clients whether searching for that new home or assistance in staging as they prepare to sell.

Todd's personal goal is that you have a great experience during the process of buying or selling a home. Selling or purchasing a home is a significant undertaking and he's not satisfied until his clients are. By getting a clear understanding of what his client's needs and wants are he's better prepared to exceed their expectations.

Todd resides in the Hollywood Hills in an architectural house that he has lovingly restored. His outside interests include world travel, architecture & design, cooking, entertaining, painting, and exploring Los Angeles. An active home enthusiast, he has flipped houses and renovated too many kitchens and bathrooms to remember. Homes are his passion, which is why he loves real estate.
